Here we go again...

I am back in at Weight Watchers after taking a 3 week hiatus over the holidays. I've been back for two weeks and lost 2.5 pounds. I am determined this week to reach my 5% goal! I was so close before the holidays and now I'm back to where I was before the holidays. I'm frustrated at myself. So my goal this week is to lose 3.6 pounds and exercise five times a day for 10 minutes. Then next week I will have that 10 minutes to 20 minutes, etc. I am writing this here so I have more of an obligation! I am determined! 3.6 is a lot to lose so if it takes me two weeks that is okay.

SO here are my three goals for the week in relation to WW.
1. WOrk out ten minutes a day at least five days a week
2. Track everything I eat!
3. Drop 3.6 pounds for an ambitious goal or 2 pounds for a regular goal.
