After cleaning out my closet and taking out spring and summer clothes and bringing in the winter clothes, here is what I own. This is insane.
36 sweaters
38 pairs of shoes
16 coats
17 skirts
4 dresses
1 pant suit
3 hats
13 purses/bags
8 pairs of jeans
12 pairs of slacks
I'm sick to my stomach about this.

I'm actually jealous! I have nothing to wear right now and it's depressing. I would love that wardrobe! I actually went through my kids old clothes and THAT makes me sick. They don't wear them for very long and they have 4 times as much as I do!
To aup's question. I buy good simple pieces that stand the test of time, hence having a lot of clothes...I do get rid of stuff a lot! Imagine if i didn't!
